Contractor is responsible
for access to and from job site
from the road. Any damage caused
to property or Bogen Concrete
Inc. equipment , as a result of
poor access, will be the responsibility
of the contractor. If pump gets
stuck due to poor access conditions,
Customer will be responsible for
payment of any towing services
required to extricate pump. |

However, due to the critical nature

will not be held responsible for
loss of time, labor and/or material
due to mechanical failure. |
